Information on epixshot.com is provided to help you understand Epixshot services and plan an enquiry. A website form submission, message or availability response does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

A booking is governed by the final written quote, scope, payment terms and any booking-specific agreement accepted by the client and Epixshot. If those documents differ from general website wording, the booking-specific terms control for that booking.

Coverage can vary by event date, functions, hours, venue, travel, crew, equipment, editing, delivery speed and requested files. Examples and package directions on the website are planning references, not one-price-fits-all promises.

Availability, final deliverables, turnaround expectations, travel or stay, special equipment and any optional services should be confirmed in the final quote before payment or booking confirmation.

Epixshot does not publish one universal cancellation, rescheduling or refund promise for every event because dates, travel commitments, third-party costs and production scope can differ. The policy that applies to a confirmed booking should be stated in the final quote, invoice or booking-specific agreement before the booking is locked.

If an event date, venue, hours or scope changes, availability and any resulting cost or delivery impact should be reconfirmed in writing before the changed coverage is treated as accepted.

Clients should disclose known venue rules, access limitations and timing restrictions that may affect coverage. Drone use, professional filming, lighting, music, private-property access and similar activities may require venue or third-party permission and can be limited by law, safety, weather or operational conditions.

Epixshot will not intentionally bypass venue rules, legal restrictions or platform terms in order to deliver a requested shot or service.

Epixshot branding, original website text, layouts and original media remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish, sell or present Epixshot material as your own without permission or another valid legal basis.

Some website visuals are clearly presented as licensed style previews rather than as Epixshot client portfolio work. Third-party licensed media remains subject to the relevant provider licence and any rights attached to identifiable people, brands, locations or other depicted material.

Client photographs, videos or other event media will not be represented as public portfolio work solely because a booking exists. Public use should follow the permissions, releases or booking terms actually agreed for that project.

If you send logos, music, photographs, videos, brand assets, references or other material for use in a project, you are responsible for having the rights or permissions needed for the requested use. Epixshot may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing or outside the agreed scope.

The website may use or link to hosting, database, analytics, email, social, map, directory or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Epixshot does not control changes made by third-party platforms.
